Directions

To Braunschweig
From the Norh / West / East:
Via motorway A2 (Hannover-Berlin) to "Autobahnkreuz Braunschweig-Nord", change there to A 391 to Salzgitter/Kassel. Leave at exit "BS-Zentrum / Celler Straße", then to "Hamburger Straße" (right hand, A 392).

From the South:
Via motorway A7 (Kassel-Hannover) to "Dreieck Salzgitter", change there to A39 until "Dreieck Braunschweig-Südwest". Head on in direction of Hannover/Berlin to "Kreuz Ölper". Leave here to "Zentrum / Hamburger Straße" (A 392).

In Braunschweig:
At the end of A 392, turn right. The road gets veeery broad (4 lanes for your direction), keep left and then turn left. Head on.
When you see a "Pit-Stop" on your right hand side, keep left and turn left at the next traffic lights. You're now on the "Bültenweg" and soon you have to turn left for the parking lot at the "LIDL" supermarket (before you reach the Aral gas station). The B58 is just across the street.

Getting there by bus or train:
From the central station, you can reach the B58 by tram and bus: you take the tram no. M1 (-> "Wenden") to "Rathaus" and change there to the no. M16 (-> "Kralenriede") - the bus stop is around the corner to the right. When the bus reaches the stop "Am Bülten", the B58 is just there.

Timetable suggestion:

The local trains from Hannover and Magdeburg arrive in Braunschweig at 9:41 pm / 9.42 pm. Here's how to get on:
Central station ("Hauptbahnhof") 9.49 - No. M1 -> "Wenden"
Rathaus 9.57
Rathaus 10.00 - No. M16 -> "Kralenriede"
Am Bülten 10.08
This way, you definitely will be there in time.

And back the first bus service is:
Am Bülten 4.48 - No. M16, -> "Völkenrode"
Gliesmaroder Strasse 4.51
Gliesmaroder Strasse 4.59 - No. M19, -> "Hauptbahnhof"
Central Station ("Hauptbahnhof") 5.06
You will get the first train to Hannover (5.20), Helmstedt or Magdeburg (5.17) without any problems.
